LG (Formerly Lucky-Goldstar and previous to that Goldstar) is a South Korean conglomerate that manufactures various electronic and petrochemical products. LG is well known for their home appliances and with their various marketing campaigns (especially LG - Life is Good) in the 90s through to this day have gained worldwide recognition as a respectable brand name. Recently LG have made a push to get rid of their image of producers of non-stylish, low-quality phones.
